I am a Venezuelan Spanish citizen born in Caracas in 1985, lived in Barcelona, Spain from 2000 to 2010 where I went to high school and studied Interior Design at the IED School (Istituto Eurpeo di Design)

I came to live to Costa Rica in the year 2010 and since 2011 I have been working in my own company of Real Estate: Habitat and Home Solutions, S.A.  Costumer service has been my strength and the greatest reason why my personal dreams come true.

I love meeting new people every day, helping them get settle in Costa Rica, give them advice about trips, restaurants, discovering new properties, taking pictures…

And the most important thing is that when buying or renting a property a social impact is happening: we believe that it is important to give back to Costa Rica´s society what they have done to us.

It has been a pleasure to work in this country.  As part of our commitment, we are helping local families by improving their housing.  We give a percentage of our commission towards helping those who need repairs, painting their houses, build walls, fix leaks, support programs with values for teenagers… and try to get involved with our own hands.

I created a program called “Changing the World one Home at a time” that each time we help others,  becomes a realty of betterment for those in need.  The greatest reason why I love my job!
